Our Policy
Our refund policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns after this period.
Please note: we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- It is a full-priced item (sale items cannot be returned unless faulty)
- It is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All tags are still attached
- It is returned in its original packaging
- You have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are missing parts will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Please contact us at info@contourzstudio.com.au if you believe your item is faulty.
How to Return
To initiate a return, email us at info@contourzstudio.com.au with your order details. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome via email.
Refunds
If your return is approved, a refund of your purchase price only (excluding any discounts or postage fees applied at the time of purchase) will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for this to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer's processing times.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, we suggest:
- Checking your bank account again
- Contacting your credit card provider — posting times can vary
- Contacting your bank directly
If you've done all of the above and still haven't received your refund, please get in touch at info@contourzstudio.com.au and we'll look into it for you.
Return Shipping
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using Australia Post Registered Post with Signature on Delivery to ensure your return arrives safely.
Please email us at info@contourzstudio.com.au with your tracking number once your return has been posted. Please note that we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent without tracking.
