Thank you for shopping at Contourz Studio, we have confidence in the quality of our products and so believe you will be happy with your choice.

If you have any questions  i.e. about sizing/fit, colours etc please don’t hesitate to contact us                              info@contourzstudio.com.au before purchasing and we will do our utmost to provide you with assistance so you can place your order with confidence.

▪︎Our refund policy lasts 14 days.▪︎ 

▪︎We do not offer refunds for simple change of mind.▪︎

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be 

》》FULL PRICED item, unused with all tags attached  and in the same condition that you received it and must not show any signs of wear or use. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items: 

For Health and Hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of earrings unless faulty. Please notify us info@contourzstudio.com.au 

To complete your return, we require a receipt for proof of purchase.  Products that are worn or otherwise damaged will not be accepted.


- All items must be in their original condition, must not be damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.



Refunds (if applicable) 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 


Once your return is approved, we will initiate a full refund of your purchase price only ( excluding any discounts or postage fees that may have applied at time of purchase ) then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your  original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your credit issuers policies 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

▪︎Our store offers a refund on Full-priced items only. Only "Full Priced" items may be refunded,  "Sale items cannot be refunded unless faulty.▪︎

 

Shipping 

■You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and highly recommend using Australia Post Registered Post with signature on delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable■ .

It is highly desirable to advise Contourz Studio by email info@contourzstudio.com.au of date posted and tracking item number
you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
