Q) Can I visit in store to try on clothes or to pick up my order?

A) At the moment we are an online store only so we can not offer in store try on or pick ups.  We are more than happy to assist you in any extra sizing information or questions you may have. 

Q)  Are your products new or second hand items?

A)  All my products are brand new they come straight from my Suppliers to my warehouse and then dispatched to you.

Q)  How will my items be delivered?

A)  I use Australia Post and include their Track & Trace Service which requires a Signature on Delivery. 

Q)  Do you have a Returns/Refund Policy?

Q)  How can I contact you to ask a question before I buy?

Q) What if I want to purchase from overseas.

A) Depending on what it is and where you are situated the costs involved with international postage can be incredibility expensive  but please email me at info@contourzstudio.com.au    as I can always provide  you with an idea of how much extra it would cost.
