Q) I've found something I love — how do I place an order?
So exciting! Simply click Add to Cart on the item you'd like, then head to Checkout when you're ready. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment details, then confirm your order. You'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your purchase is complete. Easy as that! 🛍️
Q) What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay — so you can pay in the way that suits you best. Afterpay allows you to split your purchase into four fortnightly instalments, interest-free. 💳
Q) How will my order be delivered?
All orders are shipped via Australia Post with Track & Trace included, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. A signature is required on delivery, so make sure someone's home — or consider a safe drop location. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on your delivery. 📦

We do ship overseas on a case-by-case basis, as international postage costs can vary significantly depending on your location. Please note that any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. 🌏
Q) What is your Returns & Refund Policy?
Our full Returns & Refund Policy is available in the footer of our website. In short, we accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.
